* David and Bob are looking for someone to drive their car down to Florida sometime during the week of January 11th through the 16th. Expenses for the route down (ie. hotels) will be covered and they will also pay for your flight back home! If you're interested, please call Bobby's cell at (401) 633-2267.

* The next Kaleidevent will January 5th! we will be seeing "The Princess and the Frog" at Warwick Cinemas. (This event was rescheduled from December.) Time will be announced closer to the actual date. If you're intersted in attending, please RSVP by email and let us know what time would work for you!

* Kaleidoscope is in the initial planning stages for a fundraiser cabaret in May! Stay tuned for more details!

Since the release date of The Princess and the Frog has been pushed back :( Kaleidoscope will be holding a different movie night! Kaleidoscope will be showing several musical versions of traditional fairytales. We will be watching - Rumpelstiltskin, Little Red, and Snow White.

This event is also an opportunity to bring in cans for the can drive, sign up for this year's Secret Santa, and visit with Kaleidoscope Theatre's British Liaison, Carol Cullen Smith!!

Following this year's local performance of Cinderella's Christmas, Kaleidoscope will be hosting our annual holiday event! This year, we will also be doing a Secret Santa exchange ($15 limit). To participate, please stop in the office or email Jamie (kaleidoscope@kaleidoscopetheatre.com) and ask for a Secret Santa slip! On this slip, you'll indicate your name, age, favorite color, hobbies, wish list, etc... At the December 7th movie event, names will be drawn from a hat to determine who has who! :) If you can't attend the December 7th event, no worries! You can still participate by drawing a name at another time!


At the holiday event, we will be playing games, listening to music, watching Mrs. Santa Claus with Angela Lansbury, and singing carols. Kaleidoscope is also planning to have Best of Fall CDs ready to distribute!

Locally grown fundraiser will rock West Greenwich

Fellow Kaleidoscopian Santana Roberts has organized a charity event in support of locally grown food! The event is this Sunday, October 11th from 12-4pm at the Mishnock Barn in West Greenwich. Come out and show your support!!

Remembering Dave Gorgone

As many of you may have heard, Dave Gorgone passed away on Friday. The entire Gorgone family was very active with Kaleidoscope Theatre over the years and in the world of RI community theatre at large. He will be missed.

Kaleidevent - POOL PARTY!!

Hello everyone!!

This year's summer pool party is quickly approaching!! The festivities will be Saturday, August 15th from 1-5pm! Dan Walsh and his family have generously agreed to host this year's party, since Kaleidoscope is still dealing with the recent flooding.

WHEN: Saturday, August 15th from 1-5pm.
If anyone needs a ride, there will be one van leaving from Kscope at 12:30pm. First come, first serve for seats, so please let us know in advance if you plan to use the van! Also, children under 13 need to come with a responsible adult.

The series at the Chevy

We're very sad to announce that the Chevrolet Theatre has cancelled the remaining summer performances.

With the economic state of things, tickets were not selling well enough for the theater to be able to produce the series this summer. We enjoy the fans and the wonderful crew of people at the Chevrolet Theatre very much and hope to return there for Cinderella's Christmas in December.

If you have any questions about how this will affect the touring schedule, let us know!
