Attention BULLY-ers

We need your help! Kaleidoscope Theatre is heading towards one of our most exciting summer seasons to date! With the revival of Kaleidoscope's Aladdin (which hasn't been performed for 7 years) on the horizon, as well as many other exciting things, this summer is destined to be full of Kaleido-fun. One goal that we have set for this year is to have more performers from our school-touring shows join us for our summer season. Because of that, we are going to have a set of auditions that are for Kaleidoscopians ONLY. This summer, we are going to be performing Aladdin, Sleeping Beauty, Snow White, Frog Prince, Beauty and the Beast, Goldilocks and the 3 Bears, Cinderella, and Little Red Riding Hood. For many of these shows, we are in need of some new cast members. The shows that we are specifically looking to cast are Aladdin, Sleeping Beauty, and Beauty and the Beast. So, on Saturday May 2nd, Kaleidoscope will host a set of auditions at our office/rehearsal space. If you are interested in auditioning, please let us know ASAP. We need to know soon so we can set you up with a specific appointment. Time slots may close, so please don't hesitate to schedule a time with us. Times are available between 12:00 pm and 4:00 pm. For the audition, you should prepare a short song (which can be sung acapella or with taped accompaniment) and be ready for cold readings from the scripts. There may also be a short and simple dance combination which will be taught to anyone wishing to audition for Aladdin. If you have a specific role in mind which you would like to audition for, you should prepare a song sung by that character for your audition.
