I have a great April fools story I love to share. It all started back in high school I was working on the high school newspaper sports reporter job when I came across a funny article about Dunkin Donuts about to join Toll Gate which turns out to be a joke for April Fools. Boy we got fooled. The joke is on us.
Today was by far the most interesting April Fool's Day that I can remember... for alot of reasons... LOL. The scariest part of the day was when my Dad told me Starbucks had declared bankruptcy... 'oh the horror!'
So I didnt make the connection of it being april fools today. I was on my way to 42nd street rehersal and my mom called me and told me that since I was on social suspension (for being late 5 times) mr butler (our asst. princple) called her and found out i was still going to rehersals (which im not supposed to be shh) and said that i couldnt be in the show and he would be going to rehersal to make sure i wasnt there. well the show is thursday so i kept telling my mom she was supposed to take care of it and i started crying with my friend in the car.. yeah. i was punked real bad. hah.
When I was a freshman in High School, one of my classmates cut up a piece of chalk into little tiny bite-sized pieces and put them in an Altoids tin and offered them to all of his friends. It was GROSS!
